Why is there is no moon during the daytime (2006)

Script by: Bui Kim Quy,

In 2004 the large-scale availability of subsidised antiretroviral medicines began, supported by PEPFAR and the Global Fund. This brought an end to the worst phase of the epidemic. From late 2005 onwards, access to treatment improved rapidly and support groups emerged across Vietnam that broke through stigma and gave women and families a voice.

Three years after the first support group had been founded, when women were beginning to rebuild their lives, Sunflower members worked with Swann Dubus and Phuong Thao Tran (Varan Vietnam) to make the TV spot Phuong’s Story and the documentary Two Sunflowers.
