Inclusive Youth Documentary 'Keepin it Real'

Keepin it Real (1992) This participatory video production on relationships and sex is made by New York teenagers mostly from black and Hispanic communities. They enrolled in a program ran by The Educational Video Center, a non-profit youth media organization to make the media more inclusive and relevant to young people from different backgrounds.  Teenagers, whose voices are rarely heard, led the creation of these video’s and led screenings and discussions in their communities and beyond.
